The Infinix ZERO 30 series will be unveiled on 1 September 2023 at the 80th Venice Film Festival in Italy. The Transsion brand is partnering with one of the most respected institutions in global cinema, the Italian Pavilion, to showcase the importance of storytelling via smartphone video and the art of vlogging.
The smartphone maker will launch the Infinix ZERO 30 series during the Italian Pavilion forum themed “New Image, New Lifestyle. Cinema in the New Media, Capture Your Own Story.” The ZERO 30 series smartphone will be unveiled on stage by Infinix India CEO Anish Kapoor, who will demonstrate to the attendees the potential of smartphones for professional and cinematic-style filming.

Infinix Zero 30 5G Specification
Confirming some of the earlier leaked specs, the Infinix ZERO 30 5G will sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with curved edges and a punch hole positioned centrally. The display will offer an FHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, up to 950 nits of screen brightness, and a 2160Hz PWM dimming.
Powering the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset, 12 GB of RAM, 9 GB of virtual RAM, and 25g GB internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. The device will run on XOS 13, which is based on Android 13. There is a 5,000mAh battery on board and with support for Fast Charging. There is no news on support for wireless charging, though it is likely to support it.
In the camera department, there is a triple rear-camera setup that consists of a 108-megapixel main camera that supports OIS and 3x in-sensor zoom, and then a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree FOV, AI lens and a quad-LED flash unit. There are features such as a dual video recording option, sky remapping, an editable watermark, and more.
At the front is a 5-megapixel selfie camera that supports AR Space and Film Mode. Infinix tags this phone as the first in India to come with a 50MP 4K 60FPS front camera.
Infinix promises a solid Infinix ZERO 30 5G protected by Gorillas Glass panels at the front and back, and a thickness of 7.9mm, which Infinix dubs as one of the slimmest in this segment.
Infinix ZERO 30 5G price in India
The Infinix ZERO 30 5G will debut on September 1, 2023 and will be available for pre-booking on September 2, 2023 via Flipkart. The smartphone will be priced under Rs. 25,000 in India, and will come in two colours: Rome Green with a vegan leather back and Golden Hour with a glass back.
